Animal will be admitted depending on space available. Case reporter agrees that the above mentioned animal is being left at their risk & case reporter will have no claim against Thefurryfiesta if the animal dies, injures itself, falls sick or escapes/runs away. Case reporter agrees that the animal reported is not a pet animal & the reporter has no rights over the animal or any say in the treatment administered to the animal. To avoid disturbance to other admitted patients, case reporter will not be allowed to visit the animal. Thefurryfiesta will admit & treat animals to the best of its capacity & place constraints. Animal will be released / handed over only once the treatment is complete. Animal that was picked up by the Karma Ambulance will be dropped back to the same place it was picked up from. Animal that was got to us by the reporter need to be picked up the next day after intimation. The reporter agrees to release the animal at the same place where it was picked up from. Thefurryfiesta may re-home the animal or send to a foster care as per their discretion without any prior intimation or permission from the case reporter. Adopter or foster details are classified & Karma need not disclose the same to the case reporter. As per Thefurryfiesta rules animal will be sterilized and the ear will be notched before release. No telephonic updates will be provided regarding the animal. Animal will not be returned or checked-out until the animal is fit to release. Animal can be admitted only between 10 am to 5 pm. Please note that the admission of any animal shall be at the discretion of and subject to the availability of the space at the Foundation / Clinic. The Foundation / Clinic holds the rights to refuse admission to any animal without disclosing the reason. Any threats, or intimidation tactics used to pressurize the staff of the Foundation / Clinic shall be dealt with in the relevant courts under the appropriate sections of the Indian Penal Code 1860.
